[size0]Guess that you may come across lots of problems when you import Canon C500 MXF files into Final Cut Pro 7, FCP X? Let's fix the issue now working smoothly with Canon C500 and FCP on Mac OS X (MacOs Sierra included).

Last week, my friends took part in the Campus Dance Competition, and I have recorded some wonderful videos by Canon C500. In order to render better, I want to edit them in FCP, but I encounter some problems when I imported the C500 MXF footage in FCP X, I can’t edit them. Why?

After searching on google, i found the main reason is that FCP X doesn’t support MXF format video editing well at all, and from the FCP official website find that the best suitable format for FCP is Apple ProRes. So the best solution is to transcoding MXF video into ProRes MOV format for FCP editing. So what are you waiting for? Let's do it quickly!
